Medical Cost Projections

For medical damages which require a specific estimate, i.e., surgery costs, a medical cost projection using associated current or future healthcare services and treatments will detail costs in a limited report.

Life Care Plan

A tailored life care plan will outline the recommended future medical care, interventions, and associated costs for catastrophic and non-catastrophic injuries. A narrative report and detailed tables will be created using an individual's medical condition, prognosis, and healthcare needs based on usual, customary and reasonable (UCR) medical charge/cost estimates.

Medical Bill Review

A comprehensive analysis of related medical charges compared to the usual, customary, and reasonable (UCR) medical charges in any geographic region. Available for Plaintiff or Defense.

Medical Record Review

A comprehensive investigation and analysis of an individual's medical records, including past and current medical history, diagnostic tests, treatments, and physician notes.

Rebuttal Reports

A line by line analysis of plaintiff's life care plan to identify recommendations that fail to provide an accurate estimation of future medical charges.
